Brandbygegaard
Brandbygegaard is a farm located in idyllic rural surroundings near Horsens Fjord. The charismatic owners run an organic farm, winery and brewhouse, and events such as pop-up restaurant and markets are regularly organized.
Rural idyll
Near the village of Amstrup lies an idyllic farm with its own organic production and sale of a range of products. The 25-hectare property includes a couple of vineyards, an apple orchard, kitchen gardens, greenhouses and nature areas. A small number of animals, including sheep, chickens, ducks and rabbits, help to create a cosy setting for the farm's many activities.
Sale of local quality products
The farm produces a wide range of beverages, including apple cider, sparkling wines, beer and a diverse selection of spirits – apple brandy, whisky, vermouth, eau de vie, brandies, liqueurs, port wine, etc. The starting point is fruit, berries and herbs from the farm's own cultivation.
All production is small-scale, handmade and organic.
You can purchase a range of Brandbygegaard's products via the webshop. You can choose whether you want the goods delivered to your door or pick them up at the farm. During the summer months, there are fixed opening hours with taste-before-you-buy and sales of goods from the distillery and winery. Find the opening hours on the website.
Events at the farm
Throughout the year, a number of cultural events are organized at Brandbygegaard. The farm's beverages are sold at these events, along with food made from ingredients produced on site. An overview of upcoming concerts, dinners, etc. can be found on the website, along with ticket sales.
During open events, you can take a walk in the vineyard, explore the kitchen garden and the many apple trees, and say hello to the farm animals.
