Juelsminde Kunstmarked
On the last weekend of July, a wide range of local artists and craftspeople gather for a charming market in the harbor town of Juelsminde. Here, you can browse the many stalls featuring visual art and applied crafts—and maybe find the perfect piece to take home.
Art and garden atmosphere
In the heart of Juelsminde, you’ll find Galleri 7130—an art gallery with a beautiful garden. During a sunny summer weekend, the gallery garden and nearby Skolegade will be filled with vibrant stalls as more than 30 local artists from the artists’ network Hedensted Kunstnetværk exhibit and sell their works.
Juelsminde Kunstmarked is a new tradition, taking place for the first time in 2025. Some of the participating artists specialize in visual arts, while others create unique applied crafts, glass art, or ceramics.
If you spot the perfect painting for your living room or a one-of-a-kind handcrafted bag, you’ll of course have the opportunity to buy it on the spot.

Entry to Juelsminde Kunstmarked is free. The market is held annually on the last weekend of July—in 2025, that's July 26–27 from 10 AM to 4 PM. In the weeks leading up to the event, you can read about the participating artists and their work on the Juelsminde Kunstmarked's Facebook page.
