Here, tantalize your taste buds with lunchtime classics such as "stjerneskud" (a Danish open-faced sandwich with fish), "pariserbøf" (a Danish beef patty dish), or a large selection of classic Danish open-faced sandwiches. 

Rummelig is ideal as a culinary stop during an excursion to the great natural experiences of Bakkelandet, located nearby – for example, The Rediscovered Bridge and Klostermølle. Moreover, the popular route Naturstien Horsens-Silkeborg passes right by the door, approximately halfway between the two cities.

Ice cream stop in Brædstrup

If you are passing through Brædstrup, treat yourself to a tasty stop at Restaurant Rummelig’s new ice cream cart. Choose from nine flavours of organic Kastberg ice cream, served in a cup or cone with homemade 'guf', a traditional Danish marshmallow topping, as well as sprinkles and sweet sauces.

You do not need to visit the restaurant to enjoy a refreshing treat – the ice cream cart is a perfect stop for cyclists, hikers and other visitors exploring the area. Throughout the summer, you will find the cart on the terrace whenever the weather permits.
