Endelave calls all treasure hunters
Ahoy, seafarers! A treasure awaits you on Endelave. To find it, set sail for the little rabbit island in the Kattegat Sea, where surprises, adventures, challenges and super sweet, furry islanders are waiting. With the treasure map in hand, you will be guided around the island’s cosy village, where you can explore, observe your surroundings and enjoy solving tasks and answering questions along the way. Before returning to the mainland, you can crown your efforts with a golden medal as a keepsake.
The tour around Endelave is perfect for a day trip. Not all pirates own a ship, but you can simply hop on the Endelave Ferry, which sails regularly with several daily departures. The treasure hunt begins right where the ferry docks.
How the treasure hunt works
- Print a copy of the treasure map before your trip (or pick one up at Kroen Endelave).
- Find all the checkpoints on the map and complete the tasks.
- Hand in your treasure map at Kroen Endelave.
- Receive a specially designed medal as a souvenir of your adventure.

Endelave is worth a visit – treasure hunt or not
Endelave is a peaceful and picturesque holiday island, offering beautiful nature, sandy beaches and a charming island atmosphere. During the treasure hunt, you will explore the small village surrounding the harbour. The route leads you past several of the island’s highlights, including the medicinal herb garden, the museum, the beach, the birdwatching tower, and the local inn. If you wish to discover more of the island, you can rent bikes at the harbour, follow the Kaninoen hiking trail, or bring your car on the ferry.
