Getting to Samsø

From the ferry town of Hou, ferries depart several times daily to Sælvig on Samsø. The ferry accommodates cars, and the crossing takes about 60 minutes.

Additionally, there are also fast ferries departing from Aarhus (does not accommodate motor vehicles), while the island is connected to Zealand via the Ballen-Kalundborg ferry.
