Highbrow but informal
Here you can confess that you can’t taste the oak notes. It’s also perfectly okay not to be able to pronounce “Sláinte”... And no, we can’t gargle the wine in just the right way either.
But I wonder if we get a little wiser after a glass or two?
Local breweries & beer shops
In Kystlandet, as in the rest of Denmark, there is a long tradition of locally brewed beer. Here, however, we add just a few extras, such as home-harvested seaweed, home-grown organic malt and a whole lot of love. Most breweries and shops arrange tastings by appointment.
