Seaweed safari on Endelave
Hop in waders, pull fresh seaweed up from the seabed and learn how to prepare a ‘sea salad’ for formidable dishes. Workshops all year round with the seaweed farm (Tanggården) on Endelave.
Join us on a gathering trip along the coastal beaches, go to a workshop with a meeting point in the Kattegat’s blue waters, enjoy a tasting in the Count’s old forge or experience another of the Coastal Land’s great variety of gastro events.
Here you can confess that you can’t taste the oak notes. It’s also perfectly okay not to be able to pronounce “Sláinte”... And no, we can’t gargle the wine in just the right way either.
But I wonder if we get a little wiser after a glass or two?

In the Coastal Land, as in the rest of Denmark, there is a long tradition of locally brewed beer. Here, however, we add just a few extras, such as home-harvested seaweed, home-grown organic malt and a whole lot of love. Most breweries and shops arrange tastings by appointment.
