Lovely bathing beach near the city centre
Only one kilometre from the centre of Horsens, you can visit this park and beach that attracts many people when the weather is warm enough for swimming and sunbathing. The sandy beach has a thick layer of fine sand and a 100-metre-long bathing jetty. Good facilities can be found near the beach, including toilets, a kiosk, an ice cream booth and a supermarket within short distance.
Green area for relaxation and experiences
Behind the beach is a large grass area which serves as a cosy setting for recreation, relaxation as well as activities. Picnics, beach volley, art, nature, benches, chairs, an amazing view of the fjord - Langelinie has it all!

Explore the cosy marina
Langelinie sits right next to Horsens Marina, which offers an authentic harbour atmosphere. Right by the water, you'll find NIOR Bistro Horsens – a cosy eatery with a large ice cream stand and a lovely terrace where you can enjoy a refreshing drink. Just across from NIOR, there’s a playground where children can play freely and have fun.
The old industrial harbour in Horsens has undergone extensive modernisation, and is now an attractive residential and recreational area with canals and charming green zones.
Consider combining your trip to Langelinie with a walk at the harbour and observe the changes.
